Over the past couple weeks, I learned different tips on hair and different hair styles. This was a unique experience because I haven't done anything like this before. It was fun making tutorials and helping others learn about hair.
1) Wash your hair before you go to sleep. 2) Let it dry until your hair is just a little damp. 3) Brush your hair thoroughly to prevent knots. 4) Braid your hair in several braids or french braid your hair. 5) Go to sleep. 6) Wake up and take out the braids carefully. 7) DO NOT BRUSH YOUR HAIR or else it will be frizzy. (this is why you brush your hair before you braid it) 8) Separate your hair and style. (maybe add a few clips or a head band)
1. Find mayo (just regular mayo is fine) 2. Dampen hair with warm water. 3. Put the mayo in your hair like conditioner (enough to cover most of your hair) 4. Wrap your hair in plastic wrap or use a plastic bag. 5. Leave the mayo in your air for about 20 minutes. 6. Wash out with shampoo. It way take a few rinses to get all the mayo out, but be gentle.
After this treatment, your hair will be soft and restore the fullness in your hair.

The key to healthy hair is a healthy diet. Eat a lot of proteins, vitamins, and fatty acids to maintain strong hair. Eat foods that contain a lot of vitamin B to restore color and volume in dull hair. Avoid unhealthy foods such as, sweets, soda, caffeine, and fried foods. Eat whole grains, eggs, dairy products, leafy vegetables, and beans to help thinning hair.
